I entered the realm of Triple U through an invitation to participate on air as a presenter. Havin the time to do so, I took up the offer.

Radio for me, stems from my early days in Sydney. Whilst in school, I returned to Dad's shop before going home for the day. From Dad's shop came two radio sets. After installing aerials that I found with earphones, one set was faulty. My friend Max helped me repair this in his radio room.

Later, music came into my world through studying music at school. "An introduction to a young person's guide to the orchestra" gave me an added understanding of how music works.

Working backstage in the theatre as well as chorus work - a full cross section from back stage with a company for over 40 odd shows - gave me an appreciation of music from operas, plays, musicals and Gilbert and Sullivan. This has helped me balance my program on Triple U, with the music coming from show, dance and theatre.

My other experiences have been in the world of nature and teaching community groups to value our animals in the bush.
