Hi this is Allen Stokes.
You know, getting out of bed in the morning is never easy, finding your clothes, getting the kids lunches ready, finding hubby's sox and making breakfast. The whole process should be outlawed before midday. Sadly it won't be so Triple U FM and I are trying to make the ordeal just that much easier.

Don't worry about the News, the weather, the time, current events or even the music you need to get you started in your day. Leave that to me. I'm retired and have plenty of time to look after all those things and more.

Join me for breakfast and share your cornflakes and coffee with the rest of the Shoalhaven. We have 6o's mornings, instrumental mornings, 70', 80's & 90's and even a few naughty's thrown in. We have "sooky la la" mornings with love songs from way back and a few laughs as well. I also have a chat to Shoalhaven City Mayor Cr Greg Watson every Monday morning.
